Support for Parents

Take care of yourselves and stay in touch online. While you are socially distancing you might want to use Skype, Google Hangouts or Zoom to catch up with each other on video chat, maintain contact through group emails or chat apps such as WhatsApp or Viber. If you already regularly use a channel to stay in touch with your friends, you might want to open this option up to your children on a supervised basis. That way they could ‘see’ their school friends over video chat to maintain their friendships while they are socially distancing.
